Hello, my name is Lisa Wigfall, and I am excited to join Trinity Wellness Community
Care as an Internal Qualified Professional.
A little about me—I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and later moved to
South Carolina after high school. Although I relocated, my Southern roots run deep, as
my parents were originally from the South. After earning my degree, I moved to
Florence, South Carolina, where I dedicated my career to enhancing the lives of
children and youth.
Throughout my journey, I have held various roles in the social work field, including
Mental Health Counselor and Social Worker. While these roles were deeply rewarding, I
felt there was still more I needed to do. Seeking new opportunities for growth, I moved
to Charlotte, North Carolina, where I expanded my expertise in different areas of social
work. I have served as a Community Social Worker, School Social Worker, Family-
Centered Specialist, and most recently, a Qualified Professional.
Social work has always been my passion, and I recognize that there is still much work
to be done. I am eager to contribute my experience and skills to Gastonia and
surrounding communities, and I look forward to making a meaningful impact.
